- Services, not VAT-registered: €150 per year — For service businesses that are not VAT-registered.

- Trade, not VAT-registered: €200 per year — For shops and trading businesses that are not VAT-registered.
- Trade, VAT-registered: €300 per year — For VAT-registered shops and trading businesses.

- What is a SEF? A SEF (Electronic Fiscal Software) is till software that fiscalizes receipts without a hardware fiscal device with fiscal memory. The receipt is digitally signed, gets a verification QR code and is sent to the Tax Administration of Kosovo (ATK). ProBooks offers a SEF for phones (SEF Mobile) and for Windows (MiniPOS).
- Does ProBooks work without internet? The fiscal tills do. SEF Mobile and MiniPOS sign and store the receipt on the device and send it to the tax authority as soon as the connection returns. Sales are never blocked.
- Which devices does it run on? ProBooks web runs in any browser (Windows, Mac, tablet). SEF Mobile runs on iPhone and Android. MiniPOS runs on Windows 10 and 11.
- How much does ProBooks cost? Packages are yearly, and the price depends on the type of business (fiscal till only, services or trade, with or without VAT) and on the number of fiscal tills (SEFs).
