The ProBooks AI assistant now knows all the modules built since 12 September, including payroll and fixed assets, for which it also gives totals. The core rule stays the same: the assistant cannot answer with a figure that your data does not back. It is for owners and accountants who want quick answers about their business without digging through reports.
You ask your question in your own words. Before answering with figures, the assistant has to fetch them from the company’s data, and every figure in the answer is checked. If the answer relates to a particular page, it brings you the button that opens that page directly. When the question is about how the program works, it reads the handbook only when it needs to.
An assistant that invents figures is more dangerous than having no assistant at all, because a wrong number can lead to a wrong decision. By forcing it to take figures from the data and checking them, answers stay trustworthy. The button to the right page saves you searching through menus. There is also a daily question limit per company and per user.
