Book check
Every night ProBooks checks the books and explains each finding in plain language: what it means, how to fix it and who should.
Every night ProBooks checks the company’s books and explains each finding so that an owner, not only an accountant, can understand it: what it means, the steps to fix it and who should fix it. The check covers, for example, cash payments over 300 € between businesses and VAT checks. It is for owners who want reassurance that the books are in order, and for the accountants who keep them.
The check runs at night, without any action from you. When something is found, the problem appears with a plain explanation: what is wrong, why it matters and which steps are needed. It also says who fixes it, the owner or the accountant, so each person knows their part. The notification bell rings only for new problems, so you are not reminded of the same thing every day.
Many errors in the books are only discovered when a return is due or an inspection comes, and by then fixing them takes more work. A nightly check brings them up early, while they are still small. Cases such as cash payments over 300 € between businesses or VAT mismatches relate directly to compliance, and a clear explanation shortens the time from finding a problem to solving it.
