New reports
Profit margin per item, detailed sales and purchases, stock shortages and financial statements per business unit.
ProBooks has several new reports: Marzha e fitimit sipas artikullit (profit margin per item), Shitjet dhe blerjet e detajuara (detailed sales and purchases) and Mangësitë e stokut (stock shortages). In addition, financial statements can now be produced for a single business unit. The sales and purchase books now also follow the period’s VAT standing. These reports are for owners who want to understand where they make money and for accountants who prepare the figures.
You open the margin report when you want to see how much profit each item brings in. Detailed sales and purchases show you the data line by line, when a single total is not enough. The stock shortages report shows where stock falls short. If you have more than one unit, you pick the unit and produce the financial statements for it alone. The sales and purchase books follow the VAT standing of the period.
A total sales figure does not tell you which items keep you profitable and which do not. With margin per item, decisions about prices and orders rest on figures. Statements for one unit let you compare each location without splitting everything by hand. Books that follow the VAT standing reduce the risk that what you see differs from what has been declared.
Reports are easiest to understand with figures you recognise. Ask us for a demo and we will go through each report, how to filter it by period and unit, and how to read it. If you have a specific question that your current reports do not answer, send it to us and we will look together at which report covers it.
