SEF Mobile: automatic updates
The phone till announces updates and installs them without stopping sales. 10-digit numbering and an audit journal for the ATK inspector.
SEF Mobile, the fiscal till on your phone, now tells you itself when an update is available. While it downloads, the message po shkarkohet (downloading) appears, and then you choose Rifresko tani (refresh now) or më vonë (later). Sales are never blocked. In the same update, the app was aligned with MiniPOS: 10-digit coupon numbering, a JSON audit journal, an access code for the inspector and split-payment refunds. The changes are for businesses that sell from a phone.
When a new version is out, the app downloads it in the background and shows po shkarkohet, while you keep issuing coupons. When the download finishes, you choose Rifresko tani if you have a free moment, or më vonë if a customer is waiting. When the ATK inspector arrives, they can access the journal with the access code. Refunds can be made even when the payment was split.
For a till, stopping sales because of an update costs customers and time. When the choice is yours, the update happens at a moment that suits you. Alignment with MiniPOS means a business with tills on a computer and on a phone has the same numbering, the same journal and the same way for the inspector to access it, which makes an inspection clearer.
