Live notifications for the team
A notification bell and “The accountant is editing this invoice” - see who is working on which document, in real time.
ProBooks now has a notification bell, a Njoftimet (Notifications) page and a live connection to your company, so the team knows what is happening without asking each other. When someone has a document open, others can see it, for example “The accountant is editing this invoice”. The change is for businesses where more than one person works on the same data: the owner, the accountant and the staff who issue invoices.
In practice, when you open an invoice that a colleague already has open, you see their name and know they are working on it. When they save it, you are told the document was just saved, together with a Rifresko (Refresh) button, so you continue from the latest version. Several events in the company make the bell ring, and you find all notifications listed on the Njoftimet page.
Without this, two people can change the same invoice at the same time and one can overwrite the other’s work without knowing. Messages like “do you have this open?” take time and are easily forgotten. When you can see on screen who is working and when the document was saved, mistakes from duplicated work go down and the team works more calmly in the same books.
